Police Foundation calls controversial video of Suresh Chavhanke as ‘poison’

But they are being trolled on Twitter for this promo. From IPS Association to other IAS officers and IPS officers of the country are calling it shameful.

In fact, the channel’s editor-in-chief Suresh Chavhanke posted a video about a show telecast on Sudarshan TV on August 28. This video is a promo video for this show. In which it has been told that the issue will be talked about in the show. But the issue which Chavhanke has raised is much disputed. In that, he put an entire community in the dock. He wrote with this video,

His promo video is being heavily criticized on social media. A statement has also been issued by the IPS Association regarding this. Which states that,
“A news story is being promoted on Sudarshan TV, in which the civil service candidates have been targeted on the basis of religion. We condemn this communal and irresponsible journalism. “
‘Don’t retweet it, it’s pure poison’
This channel and Suresh Chavhanke have also been condemned by the Indian Police Foundation. Also, there has been a demand from the UP government that strict action should be taken against them. The Indian Police Foundation wrote on Twitter,
“A Noida TV channel has run a hate story about joining the IPS and IAS, which is against the minority community. We are refraining from retweeting it because it is a pure poison. We hope that news broadcasting The Standard Authority, UP Police and the Government Authority will take strict action. “
Anger against promo video
Apart from the IPS Association, some civil service officials have also commented on this video and condemned it. In which these people are saying that such journalism should be stopped in any case.
Apart from those associated with the civil service, many big journalists and intellectuals have also criticized Suresh Chavhanke show and demanded action. People are also appealing to Twitter to remove this promo video targeting a particular community and spreading hate.
