 New Delhi,Auto News ,(CB Hornet 2.0 launched): Japanese company Honda has launched its new CB Hornet 2.0  in India. Honda Motorcycle India has priced it at Rs 1.26 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has already started booking Hornet 2.0. The delivery of which will be started from 1 September.

Engine and power

The Hornet 2.0 features an 184cc HET PGM-FI single-cylinder air-cooled engine. This engine generates power of 17.27PS and torque of 16.1Nm. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Design and features

Hornet 2.0 is built on a completely new platform. It gets chunky golden USD forks with sharp body cuts. The front of the bike has LED headlamps, tail lamps as well as indicators. It has a blue-backlit digital console. Which provides information such as odometer, trip meter, gear position indicator, a clock and fuel gauge.

Fully Digital Negative Liquid Crystal Meter Display

The Hornet 2.0 has a new engine stop switch, wider tubeless tires (front-110 mm and rear-140 mm), hazard switch to stop the bike in emergency in low visibility conditions. Hornet 2.0 has a new fully digital negative liquid crystal meter display. It displays the gear position indicator, service duo digator, battery voltmeter and comes with customizable brightness. In this, brightness can be adjusted manually up to 5 levels.

6 Year Warranty Package

Hornet 2.0 is coming with a 6-year warranty package. This includes a 3-year standard and an optional extended warranty of 3 years.
