Story of ‘Operation Valentine’

The story of the film ‘Operation Valentine’, originally made in Telugu, is the same as the one we know earlier. Just some twists have been added to it. According to the story of the film, in February 2019, Indian security forces are attacked by Pakistani Mujahideen. The responsibility of retaliatory action is given to the Indian Air Force. The hero of the film, Wing Commander Arjun Dev alias Rudra (Varun Tej) is a trained pilot, who also tests new aircraft. Actually, he wants to work on a fighter plane which will not be caught by the radar of the enemy country.

Due to a glitch during a test flight recently, he has been stripped of his right to fly and has been put on ground duty. But during this mission to teach Pakistan a lesson, its commander gives a big challenge to Rudra. Rudra’s fellow radar officer Ahana Gill (Manushi Chhillar) likes him. She is very worried about Rudra when he goes on a dangerous mission. But he doesn’t stand a chance in front of Rudra. To know the further story you will have to go to the cinema theatre.

‘Operation Valentine’ Movie Review

The film’s director Shakti Pratap Singh has made a good film on the story of the air strike conducted by the Indian Air Force. Of course, fans are comparing it with Hrithik Roshan’s recent film ‘Fighter’. Actually, the film ‘Operation Valentine’ was initially supposed to be released on December 8 last year. After that its release has been postponed to 14th February and now to 1st March. The biggest feature of this film is that it has been covered in just less than two and a quarter hours. Due to this it leaves more impact on the audience.

Before the interval, the film shows the story of the air strike on screen, after which the challenges after the air strike are shown in the second half. The climax of the film has also become tremendous. However, in some scenes you will see a glimpse of Tom Cruise’s film ‘Topgun Maverick’ released last year, which is based on a similar theme. In some scenes you can also see a glimpse of ‘Fighter’.

Talking about the cast of the film, Telugu actor Varun Tej is playing the lead role. Manushi Chhillar along with other actors have also done a decent job. Although he did not have much to do in the film. The cinematography of the film is tremendous. VFX has also been used well.

The director has to be praised for the screenplay of the film, he has shown the love romance scene symbolically in this war based film. In this way the film does not seem unnecessarily drawn out and does not deviate from its topic.
