HCL annouces for Tech B-HCL's Early Career Program.

HCL will train students of class 12 students , which helps them to find salary jobs

HCL Technologies announces on Thursday that Hyderabad will launch its Tech B-HCL’s Early Career Program.

Hyderabad: HCL Technologies, the leading working company in the field of technology.It has announces on Thursday that it will launch its Tech B-HCL’s Early Career Program in Hyderabad. Under this, they will train students of XII (Intermediate) and then they will be also hired them. This company has operated this program in Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. In the last two years, under this it has trained approximately 700 students for IT jobs in the company.While working in HCL, students can enroll in higher education programs proposed by BITS Pilani and Arman University.

Students will get a salary of Rs 10,000 per month for one year .And you have to pay training fee of Rs 2 lakh in installments in five to seven years. Commenting about this, Mrs. Shivshankar, Executive Vice President, HCL Technologies said that we believe that the minds of youth can shape many new ideas in our workplace. In India, young people are looking for the right skills programs today. Initially, they are ready for career and financial independence.Through this program, we believe that many bright students from both urban and rural areas will have the opportunity of global career in HCL.

Students who want to join this program should have minimum 60% marks. In class 12 examination as they should have the necessary maths subject. These students will have to take an entrance examination organized by HCL to be selected for the program.

During these 12 months of the training, the candidates will learn the fundamentals of IT.Also the relevant software tools, processes and life skills. After completion of the training they will be able to apply for support of infrastructure. Testing and support of CAD in about 2.2-percent of HCL Technologies. Then they Will get to work with the salary of 2.5 lakh rupees per year.
