Srikanth had got 98 percent marks in 12th. He also approached the court for studies. He also won in this. Later he went to Massachusetts Institute of Technology, America for higher education. Became the first international visually challenged student to graduate there. At the time when Srikant was born, his family’s income was Rs 1600. He continued to struggle for studies and his struggle was also successful.
